Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Media, Marketing, Data Science, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Health Science, Geospatial Science, Quantitative Social Science, or other intensive field preferred.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, self-employment and independence

Oral and written communication skills

Ability to communicate research results effectively and efficiently

Highly detailed, computer and technology literate with proficiency in a wide range of office applications and ability to learn quickly in-house.

Advanced level proficiency in working with Excel, such as creating pivot tables, analyzing data/statistics, spreadsheet operations, etc.

Knowledge of Python and SQL, or at least an interest in learning and developing these skills

Proficiency in javascript and other ad-related HTML is a bonus

Work

The main responsibilities are marketing and assurance for social media and creative content, while also troubleshooting and managing back-to-back complaints.

Provide ongoing assurance and troubleshooting of any technical and/or operational issues

Define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics
